Metallic embossing composite insulation panel is composed by the external metallic embossing panel and thermal insulation materials (or poured foaming). Employing the aluminum alloy panel, steel panel plated with zinc and aluminum and other metallic panels, and with its surface coated with special coating materials of various colors. It is rolled to carry different patterns by special equipments or treated to be of various colors by means of a second coating to satisfy the requirements for appearance of architectural modeling and colors and to reach certain artistic effects, such patterns include the brick pattern, bullet pattern, waterwave pattern, wood pattern, gravel pattern and fine gravel pattern. The thermal preservation and insulation material of Jiahe panel employs PU or PIR foams.
Owning to a perfect connection method between the panels, and between the panels and the main structure and the complete set of fastenings and accessories as provided, the requirement for installment strength is satisfied and the production of cold (hot) bridge is avoided, the embossed panel thus has a better capacity to resist a bending and the heat-caused expansion as well as the cold-caused contraction.
